ALTHOUGH ITS A ROUTINE OLD QUESTION. BUT I WANT TO KNOW THAT WHATS THE PROSPECTS OF DHA VALLEY FOR SOMEONE WHO CAN WAIT FOR 5-7 YEARS, FOR RESALE OR FOR BUILDING HIS OWN HOUSE.

Now you can have at least some idea about DHA valley as DHA Homes are now moving towards less loss!
Just 3 weeks before, the loss was around 2.5 to 3 lacs but now I am a buyer at 2 lacs loss but no one is selling.
They have started hundreds of units and model units are now completely ready and even furnished.
I think BT and DHA have decided to complete DHA Homes first and then gain popularity in valley. In valley they have instalment payment problem. DHA Homes timely delivery will sure put valley in better shape.
But valley is for behind the schedule, even commoners town there is at least 40 % work is left to be done and DHA is very slow there too!
DHAI is about to launch a commercial project in sector-D. CDA approval has been done just last week. Let us hope DHA does better in this regard! |
