Dear Readers, can anybody evlueate chinar bagh punjab block plot no. 1 (2 Kanal) which is cornor 100 by 100ft road. having its boundary filled with river sand.

Assalamoalaikam! Can somebody explain about the present status of Wapda Town Sargodha? Has the wall arround the whole societry completed? How many houses have constructed? Thanks

stick to my advice once again that "Wapda town is completely dead investment". I am not against anyone but my honest effort is to help people to present real picture and keep eyes open. Although it is counter productive from the point of view of real-estate mafia whose job is to loot and misguide innocent fellows for their personal game.
Without any hesitation, I wish if some one should go there and see the location of Wapda Town Sargodha first before arguing and investing money.
Low cost society status of Wapda town is not the relevant argument. The best is to talk to ordinary local person who is living in Sargodha and get feedback from him about Wapda Town Sargodha

I have met the current management of Wapda Town Sargodha.
They are very hopeful that the face of Wapda Town Sargodha is now started lifting up and investors are buying plots.The price of plots in surrounding areas of Wapda Town is arround one lac per marla.

I disagree with Mr. Tanweer. Wapda Society Sargodha has started progressing now.The new management is working hard and development work is now in full swing.The face of society is being lifted up day by day.No doubt the previous mangement had done nothing.But the situation is being changed now.
