Dear CMY sahib,
I have seen the latest prices of DHA plots and i am interested in DHA9/10.I have heard about you from people and your honesty so i decided to get information and after that buying a plot in 9/10.

Lahore Phase 9/10 Allocation File Buyers at 15.15

1. You have mentioned that allocation file is at 15.15lac
So what does it mean?Does it means that it is alloted to some person and that will be transfer to me (if i buy that).

2.Does any map is available from where we can see the location of plot?

3.Kindly send me your office timing and days of availability.
After getting the successful knowledge of above questions i want to buy in that (9/10 DHA)

If you Pay 15.5 and 1.4 Transfer Charges it will transferred to you Development Charges will be paid later it will be announced at time of Ballot which is expected in few years.
No map or Location is available yet rough estimation of Location is that it between Sate life 2 and Hadiara Drain

Files are available at 15.40 lacs today. Transfer cost is Rs 1.16 lacs. In futures expect 10 to 12 lacs as development charges that have to be paid in three years in installments.

No plots layout plan yet. My many fauji brother get due for plots every 3 years so a major ballot is needed every 3 years. Last major ballot was done more than 1 year ago so DHA will have to do DHA 9 ballot within next 2 years ( If they dont add a full block in DHA 8 for military plots for their next benefit.

Please note I am also told by friends 1500 plots were adjusted from other DHA Ito Lahore in DHA8 Z block. I was also told 100 acre land is given to extend Askari 11 in DHA 5 ext area. Please note DONT BUY SELL ANY PROPERTY BASED ON THIS UNCONFIRMED INFORMATION.

1.You mean after 2 years when balloting will happen,then location of plot will be be cleared whether it is on main road,corner,40feet road plot etc.

2.After balloting,if some one get good location plot for e.g 100 feet road.Does development charges will vary or remain same as compare to 40 feet road plot.

3. My general Question
Does Allotment letter or (after selling-- transfer letter ) is the only legal document of file.
Is there any importance of installment slips(paid slips),development charges slips etc after getting possession of plot or they are simple piece of paper of nothing importance.
