There not much new in DHA 6 map but new DHA 7 map invites lot more discussion, still CMY did not upload new map on web sit, Neither comments of experts are seen

In my opinion huge pockets in X and V block and small pockets of W block upper side near V should have been shown in map. Also on ground there is lot of development under T U Y blocks to extend those blocks. I dont see those 1000s new plots in currently released map either. People from pockets area may be adjusted in those new plots as no other good plots area available in V X or W any more.

What is your opinion of Y block of Phase7,keeping in mind
CYM Sahib write up above the following:
1.Huge pockets in X & V block & small pocket in the W
2.I have notice on the map there is good commerical sector
in Y block as well while in W, X, V there is'nt one.
3.Regarding extending the Y block downward.
4.Is it worth building a house in Y in near fucture?

In my opinion Z and Y block of DHA 7 plots away from Hudaira drain are a very good option for new purchase due to their still very low prices. No pockets leveled plots and ton of development work on ground in this area justfy further increase in price in this area.
I also think at lower price than most DHA 7 plots in V W X DHA phase 8 S block is much much much better choice for new purchase.
Location of S of DHA8 is far greater than V or X of DHA7
