Those who are familiar with sector scheme of Islamabad know that plots are valued based on many factors. I think all plots which are located on double roads in Islamabad have price edge. This particular plot and plots besides it are attractive in terms of their location. Across the main double road there will be offices and businesses making this location G-13’s mini commercial hub. But of course it also depends on buyers and the way they think and imagine their residence in a fully developed sector. I think ‘ISLAMABAD’ is misguiding with his misunderstanding of the sector’s varying location values. As ‘ISLAMABAD’ offered a plot in 70 lacks in any location of G-13, I would like to buy a 40x80 plot in G-13/2. Plot should be on St. 586, preferably close to intersection of st. 62 or 64. Please share your contacts and available plots and I will have a deal with you. Thanks. |
