Dear CMY,
One of My Cousion is having Plot in Phae 7 " Near" Q 706 he want to sell and switch to phase 8, How good is this plot for investment and what is current worth as I am thinking of Buying,
Please also advise this plot is very Close to commercial, If we make a house there as per by Laws of DHA can we run a supplimentary office/store or display area for wood work on this house without displaying a boad. Honestly My plan is to buy/rent small office in Commercial plaza just opposite and make house as display area for wood work. Not Much botheration of neighbours is expected.
Is there any example like this in DHA,
Recently I have seen a school in DHA 5 which does not look as per Plan and made by Combing some residentail plots.

DHA Lahore phase 7 Q706 is worth 42 lacs.
You can make a house according to DHA by laws but You cant use your house in DHA Lahore for any commercial purpose.
