Deal all brothers,

I phoned today to one property dealer in Bahria Town sector C to know the price of com. plots.
He quoted the price - 5 Marla 2 sides open @ 68 lacs, 210 feet road front 60 lacs, back of the main @ 35 lacs and 8 M @ 72 lcs. He is suggesting 5 M 2 sides open for more potential but I have to get opinion from other experts as well before I go for any deal. I think there is no much difference between the price of 5 M 2 sides open and 8 Marla, so may be it is better to have 8 M instead of 5.
My question is that are these prices are genuine.
From commercil point of view which kind of plot you prefer to purchase now to make plaza after 2 yrs.
Budget is no problem but I need an advice from the experts which one should I select. My main objective is to get good rental value in future.
Please give name of a good property dealer there.

Dear Asif.

I work in middle east & have recently build my house in Bahria Town Lahore. I am a bit familier with the commercial area in sector "C".
5 marla commercial plot nos. 93 to 128 in Block "B" of the ring face Akhtar Saeed Medical College & British University. In my opinion a plaza on one of these plots will give you good rental return keeping in view the volume of investment.

However, I am not aware of the prices.

Dear asif, there are two sides of commercial sector -c, akhtar saeed medical college is side-B. & chambelli-block is side -A. 5-Marla on main bullevard side-A having both sides open, rate is about 66-lac & on side-B,rate is about 68-lac, I think both options are right,8-marla is good for multinational purpose,& 5-marla has edge of double side open.keep in mind that after ringroad & jamia mosque completion,mosque to canal road link,chambelli block, janiper block, overseas block-B,populated & main bolevard starting point will be from ringroad side then the situation will be different, you should work yourself,
