I Own plot number 1800 Y DHA 7. I'm planning to sell this plot in near future. Could somebody give the estimated value for this plot. Additionally, what are the prospect of DHA 7 gaining substantial price increase within one year.

DHA7 Y1800 is located on hudaira drain in new map and is worth only 28 to 29 lacs. It will take months time to sell this plot even at this price. |
