Dear CMY Saheb,
I received today letter from DHA mentioning my new plot No. 799 in block P in DHA phase 7.
Can you please let me know is it on good location or not and what is worth. I have seen on the map of LRE that there is empty box next to this No. but do not know what is it and what is empty land next to this plot. When this block will be ready for possession

This area have lot of small pockets here and there and on back of this plot there is a village. Empty box will be turned into another plot 10 mrla or one kanal plot when DHA will have enough land for it here.

Thanks CMY Saheb for your reply. Now I understand that land is a village. Will this village remain there or will be removed later on. If I want to sell how much is the price at this time, or when should sell?

Khaled sb, can you give me your phone number as I am myself awaiting relocation of my p-block plot and would like to ask you few things. As for your plot, as per google earth, your plot is NOT next to a village but is at the very edge of phase 7 boundary. So while it should be better valued than a village joining plot, being at the very edge of a phase boundary is not a very positive thing either. |
