Dear CMY,
I am a regular visitor of this web stie and from many days i am seeing queries of change in map of Phase 7.
Is there a chance of any changes in phase 6 maps? specially sector C?

Very minor changes were made in DHA 6 map. New map have indicated all pockets too. New DHA Lahore Phase 6 map is available here on LahoreRealEstate.Com

Brother CMY, can you please let me know the development charges payment schedule for DHA Lahore Phase 8. I heard quarterly installment is 83500 but don't know exact details of how many installement etc.

12 installments or Rs 83,500 each for plots allotted against land files or military allotments.
12 installments of 420,000 for new plots that were booked by DHA at 55 lacs.
4 installments are due till today.
