I am also living, with my family, in UAE since 1978 & all of my children are also working in UAE.
We have build our house on an 8.67 marla corner plot in Ali Block of Bahria Town Lahore.
We chose to build our house in Bahria Town Lahore because,
1. BTL infrastructure is As Good As that of DHA & it is very well
maintained.
2. Security system is very good.
3. Bahria School (Upto A Level) & Akhtar Saeed Medical College are
fully operational & offer quality education.
4. British University in the vicinity of Medical College is in
planning stage.
5. Good shopping Mall & Cinemas are available within the society.
Above all in BTL you feel as if you are in the neat, clean & safe environment of Abu Dhabi or Dubai.
I, therefore, suggest that you go for an 8 marla plot in any one of the Ali, Umer or Usman blocks of Bahria Town Lahore & build a house on it. Your budget is OK for that.
