Dear CMY
I have a plot b/w 527-535 (B)phase 6. I have plan to construct house after 3-4 years.Is it better to sell this plot and purchase 2 in same phase.How much further amount required. (atleast one plot suoud be in livable block after 3 yers.)

This plot of DHA6 is worth Rs 77 to 79 lacs. Machinery is moving out of this area. You should be able to start your house today. This is a good plot to make a house. No need to sell or switch. Why waist money. You already have plot in best block and location is OK.

78 to 80 lacs for J 266 to 281. DHA Phase 6 Lahore Near J 262 is available in market for 80 lacs for a while.
