What will be the current worth of my plot no 121-T phase 7 as per new Phase 7 map. Somebody told me that park in front of the plot has been converted into as site for School.What would be its effect on price,if it is true? Thanks a lot for your kind help. Regards

For investment point of view your plot has lost some 6,7 Lac, Facing school is not Considered good why? I dont Know But this it correct that there is a lot Traffic problem in school hours.
Other problem is it will be bit difficult to sell |

Dear friend this plot is now facing school and plot is only worth max 38 lacs today. Before this plot was worth 44 lacs. Sorry that you lost some money due to map change.
