Whether Development work in E-12 Islamabad is planned in next year or,

Mian Nadeem sahib, kindly inform us of any progress regarding E-12 and the reason of current price hike in this sector? Would you recommend to purchase a plot there for building a house in next 3-5 years? Thanks for your time and advice in advance.

The roads are required to be re carpeted and all basic amenities are available. Price in E-12 is rising because the plots available are getting less day by day.
If you have 5 years time to construct your house then you may consider the D-12 as well.

Tahir Bhai, Are you saying that E-12 currently has roads and all basic utilities available? Are you sure you are are talking about a different sector.

It all depends on CDA’s willingness to develop this sector and provide it to owners who are waiting for last 22 years. If they give priority to D-12 E-12, they can make these two sectors livable in few months. I have seen CDA in “action” in the past, once they are in move they provide what capital deserves. But unfortunately, they are intentionally ignoring these two sectors. Authority’s planners/managers are solely responsible for the extreme delay.

Lets see what Mian Nadeem sahib says about the E-12 latest.

Hectic efforts are under way for taking physical possession of CDA acquired land in E-12. No progress till date.
E-12 price will at par with D-12 and surely more than G-13 & E-11, all valued readers may note down date & time of this post.
E-12 recent price hike seems artificial.

Real Estate recession is over???
Price is going up in D-12,E-12, G-13. G-14 , I-11 & DHA Lahore.

Mr.Arshad: Yes i recomend u to purchase. Construction of house is possible in 3-5 years but new buyers in their own intrest are requested to purchase only if they can wait 5-7 years. Post of member Estate CDA is vacant, When new member Estate will take charge work on propesed pacakage deal with old residents of E-12 will start again.
On my pettition Wafaqi Mohtasib has given 1 year dead line to CDA for start of development in E-12.
Islamabad High Court is restored a case regarding E-12 is pending there and hearing is expected soon.

Mian Nadeem sb, Can you Please light when I-11 people luck will become a real luck. when price will go up for I-11?? Will this sctor competer with price and location to G-13. E-12 and D-12 or not? Also pleas write for I-12

After supreme court decision, i-11/1 was the first sector where CDA started his operation against encroachment but failed to drive because of no support behind ICT and Islamabad police. Confusion had happened between ICT and CDA otherwise CDA machinery was ready to start operation.CDA even announced whithin 7 days vacate i-11 land.prices are reasonable and gud for 3 to 4 year investment.Plot size is 25*60 .rental income will also be gud because of subzi mundi and available transportation towards pindi and islamabad.
Mian Nadeem could tell more about it.

Possession of plots is avaulable in I-11. Construction of houses is not started. Price will increase when construction of houses will start.
I agree with Mr.Khan operation in I-11/1 is delayed due to dispute between ICT,CDA and Islamabad Police. Issue was presented before Minister of Interior but no result.
Rs 231 Million are allocated for development work in
I-11/1 & I-11/2 , tender will publish in papers within month.
In I-11/1 10 % land possession is with CDA.
In I-11/2 90 % land possession is with CDA.
Plot size I-11/1 25*60.
Plot size I-11/2 25*40,25*50, 25*60, 30*60. I-11 is good sector near Metro,NESCOM Hospital, NUST, FAST & Islamic University.
I-12 is also good sector but Plots are not transferable.
Supose all stalled sectors are developed rating in my opinion would be as:-
1-D-12
2-E-12
3-G-13
4-I-11
5-I-12
6-I-15
7-I-16
8-I-14

G-14 is missing in your list?
Could you please tell us the acquiring status of its sub sectors?
I heard that in G-14 non-acquired sub sectors, there are plots, owned by bureaucrats and it will be possessed soon! Is that true?

In G-14/1,2,3 no role of CDA in land acquisition. Land is purchased by FGEHF.Land is fully acquired survey of BUP is in progress.
G-14/1 is more populated as compare to G-14/2 & G-14/3. When all BUP paymnets will be clear sector will raedy for start of developement. Possession not possible before 2014.
Plots to Federal Secretaries and Supreme Court Judges are allotted in D-12.

Can anyone update me about possession/development of E-12/4 pl. I have bought a residential plot like 07 year back. How long it will take to start development of the sector.I am out of country.
