How do rate this plot for being close to graveyard & is the demanded profit negotiable.

Price is final at 2 lacs profit on 55 lacs booking. Plot dont have a negative effect because its not directly facing graveyard. Its away from graveyard. If this plot was not 'close' to graveyard than plot could sell in an hour for 10 lacs profit on booking price. If you look carefully truth is plot is not directly effected by graveyard and should be priced must higher as its near populated areas and DHA5. Fact is owner was selling this plot at 5 lacs profit just 10 days ago but he is now in need to sell this plot urgently in next 5 day on cash payment as he is going to USA permanently or for long time and dont want to worry about installments payments of this plot etc.

Nadeem sahib If owner cant show you ticket and visa no transfer and we will pay fine of one lac to for wasting your valuable time. If seller does show you visa and ticket on transfer day we will charge you (only Nadeem sahib)a 2% commission instead of 1%. Do you agree?

We know its an old line but you are not dealing with OLD dealers.

Asif sahib this plot can be sold at 7 to 8 lacs profit on booking of Rs 55 lacs.
