Hi, my brother in Pakistan is currently negotiating a plot in Ph-7 Y block for me i would just like to ask you couple of question with respect to current scenario. 1)is DHA issuing new plots numbers against every plot? 2) if i get an option to buy a plot facing school or CCA area; which is better? Please comment

People, usually, prefer their residence away from commercial area, schools, mosques & public buildings for a peacefull living.

School facing better than CCA facing. Schools only pose problems twice a day (morning drop off time and afternoon pick up time), so 2 out of 24 hours. Rest of the time peaceful. CCA is traffic/non-resident movement 12 out of 24 hours and worse, a potential gathering point for people who are just passing time and watching others i.e. security risk higher |
