Dear CMY,
Can you plzz explain me the difference/comparison between 2 these plots. DHA Phase 8 T1087 & T1061. Also plz tell which one is expensive and why.

T1061 is worth 60 lacs and is much better location than T1087 as T1087 is close to sector shops too. If you want to make a dream house on a corner I wont suggest you to buy T1087 at any price due to sector shops facing issue.

Dear CMY sahib, pls tell me your assessment on price of plots Y-20-28 in phase-8 of DHA with likely profit if I want to sell today. And what do you suggest, should I keep it and wait or sell it. |

Y20 to Y28 will have 25000 to 50000 profit on paid amount. |
