CMY you are going a brilliant job.Helping people,solving their matters,giving u precious time.
I want u advise,i want to construct home after 5 years.and i am coming to pak this summer for buying some property.I am interested in DHA 8 and DH9/10.
I have two options
1.Whether is should go for DHA 8 plot.Whats the situation of possession,what is the price of good and normal lcation plot.
2.Buy DHA 9/10 2 file and when i want to construct sell on file and with that money i start construction.
Kindly Give the estimate price of both phase 8,9/10

buy two files in DHA phase 9 the best and secure investment , fter few years ur money would b double |

If you have only 5 years to start building your house than DHA8 will be bestoption.
DHA 8 plot will cost you Rs 40 to 60 lacs
DHA 9 one kanal is available at 15.40 lacs
