I own a plot in Lane, L Phase-6 DHA LHR and want to know its present market price/future prospects.Thanx

63 lacs . Plot is ok to hold. If you make a house here keep in mind you will have some small view of graveyard of DHA6 L block. Take your family to site and see if they are comfortable enough to live there or not.

Thanx for reply. Is there not an entire lane in between my lane and G'yard? and does it not close to MB? I mean better access in DHA 6? |

Both houses in front of you will have to leave 5.6 inches on sides each. So there will be gap of 11 feet. If you think your house will not have a view of grave yard from that 11 feet gap than your plot will be a good place to make a house.
