Please share this information with your friends and relatives and get the correct information regarding this extra installment. Complete and correct information will help us to state our case swiftly and clearly. Once the correct information is gathered, we then need to hire a team of good lawyers to get their perspective, if the lawyers suggest that we have a case against Bahria then we shall sue Bahria for heavy fine for delaying the development of the Phase-8 and causing all the investors heavy loss.
We need to remember that, when we started to pay the installments for Phase-8, back in 2005, the USA dollar was around 58 rupees, now the Pak currency have fallen a lot against all the foreign currencies, now the dollar is around 86 rupees, so we have lost a lot of money because of delayed development of Phase-8. We shall sue Bahria for delaying the project and causing people stress by imposing extra money. It is Bahria’s management fault that they are late in developing the project, it is not the fault of the owners.
Please gather all the information as below:
1) Which sectors of Bahria Phase 8 have fallen under this category where Bahria is imposing extra installments?
2) What are the reasons behind from Bahria's point of view, as to why they have come to a conclusion, that the extra installments should be paid by the owners?
3) Why the plot owners should pay extra installments, even though the owners have paid all the installments on time, all the installments were finished and paid in 2009.?
We need to get all the facts together before approaching lawyers.
