I want to invest in any DHA 1 Kanal File.
Please advise which of the following is the best option and what is the price?
Phase 6.
Phase 7.
Phase 8 (Park View).
Phase 9/10.
Along with the price, please also tell me what are other charges that I need to pay.
One more thing, Can I buy the file on the name of my wife without telling her, Actually I wanna give her a surprise.

Phase 6 price range is 45 to 85 lacs
Phase 7 price range is 28 to 60 lacs
Phase 8 (Park View). plot is 55 to 75 lacs
Phase 9-10. file is at 15.40 lacs
Transfer cost range from 1.16 lac to 1.94 lacs.
If your wife has a visa o passport or have a NICOP (National ID card for overseas Pakistanis ) than you can give her surprise and buy a plot in her name. If she never been out of Pakistan she must come to DHA Lahore personally for transfer.
