AoA,being an overseas pakistani i want to buy a house in lahore worth 10 million, but people told me that now a daz tex dept. creating many hurdles. can anyone tell me the proceedure required for an overseas pak. to buy a home .

No tax on overseas income if remmitance through banking channels. in case if you rent out your house then u have to pay property tax. |
