Dear CMY sahib
i own a plot in X block Phase 7. I want to know when the development work will be completed and when will be the handover. Approximately what is the cost of normal plot in this block. Further advise me to keep this plot or sell it. Is there any chances the prices will go up in the near future

There is a large pocket in DHA7 X block that is not cleared yet. Please let me know your plot no privately or visit the site of your plot asap. If its in pocket area please sell your plot asap. I have seen few people from Q block pockets are relocated in U block bottom area and people have lost few lacs due to this relocation.
