I have a plot measuring 8 marlas and have paid 1165000 PKR in installments. I would like to sell it to have a plot of 10 marlas in same phase. Please tell me two things:

1- How much can I get for 8 Marlas?
2- When DHA would give possession of DHA phase 8 (specifically 8 and 10 marla plots)?
3- Which blocks are good for home construction in Phase 8 for 10 marla plots?

Ahsen Lodhi bhai thanks for your post.

1)Your plot can be sold at 25000 to 50000 profit on paid amount.
2)i belive it will take 3 to 4 years to get possession in DHA8 proper area.
Only a few 10 marla plots in Y block of DHA8 are on good location.
