I have friend selling 6 marla corner commercial plot in sector C main 210ft road to me before big roundabout what sould i pay, he is asking 85 lac all dues pay including extra land

Please note you are paying too much price as you may have enough extra money and do not care about the price. 8 Marla Com. is being offered @ 70 lacs and 5 M on 210 road in 60 lacs but still I am not buying as I think still price is higher side. Some property dealers are increasing price by themselves and telling I sold to one client in higher price yesterday just to impress the people. Even 2 sides open 5 M plots are in demand of 65 lacs which are much better than 210 fee road as you can make two sides shops. I visited last week in sector C and now dealer is calling me everyday for those plots, but I am still wating to come the price reasonable. I am also looking a 5 M com. but price is very high which will come down soon. There are no buyers in the market. Anyway, decision is yours and friend is also yours, so deal as you feel comfortable.
