Members i want your suggestion.As now a days i am searching for good societies for buying a 1kanal plot.What u will recommend LDA avenue1 or IEP engineer town for buying a plot.
What u think which society will develop early.

IEP is fully developed and possession is there for long time now there are about 35 House either Built or under construction. if you Talking of IEP ext then go for that.

For Investment point of view
If can take a bit of tension then buy LDA 1 you will gain more.
If you are cool and dont want to take stress or want to make home immediately then take IEP,
IEP have all positive only location disadvantage

Jameel saab is right.LDA has more chances of progress as compare to engineer town.Lda avenue has prime location ideal approach from every where.Truly speaking its 5 years investment.You will get your reward after 5 years if u buy now in this society.
