My plot no is 1098-X Phase 7. Kindly tell me if it comes in the pocket or not. What is the worth of the plot and when will be the handover.

No it is not exactly over laying the village/encroachment but exact situation can only be told when DHA will takeover that area |

Plot X1098 is clear. Plot is worth 35 to 36 lacs today. But it will be too close to pocket or small village in X blocl. I think you should sell this plot before its too late. Its not a good location to keep for long term investment or for a house.
