Bahria imposing extra charges on plots of Phase-8,

I thank you all, for coming forward with the correct information.
Currently we have the following information:
Bahria Town has imposed extra charges of 270000 for 1-kanal, and 180000 for 1-kanal and 10-marla plots respectively, for sector-A, sector-C, sector-E.
If some brother has also got notice from Bahria town to pay extra charges for sector-B, sector-D please share this information with us, your sector of phase-8 and how much extra money Bahria is imposing, would be helpful.
Please share this information with us, so that we can organize high court proceedings against Bahria town in a organized way, we can come together for swift and clear action against Bahria town.
Bahria town has no justification for imposing extra charges, because the plot owners have paid all the installments on time. It is Bahria town who has delayed the development and caused loss to the plot owners.
Bahria town wants to penalize plot owners for delaying the development of sectors and infact it is ploy to extract more money from the plot owners. This is not justified in any way.
Bahria town for its own incompetence’s should not penalize the plot owners.

Complete and correct information will help us to state our case rapidly and undoubtedly.
Once we have complete and correct information, we then need to hire a team of good lawyers to get their perspective, if the lawyers suggest that we have a case against Bahria then we shall sue Bahria for heavy fine for delaying the development of the Phase-8 and causing all the investors heavy loss.
We need to remember that, when we started to pay the installments for Phase-8, back in 2005, the USA dollar was around 58 rupees, now the Pak currency have fallen a lot against all the foreign currencies, now the dollar is around 86 rupees, so we have lost a lot of money because of delayed development of Phase-8. We shall sue Bahria for delaying the project and causing people stress by imposing extra money. It is the fault of management of Bahria town that they are late in developing the project, it is not the fault of the owners.
Please gather all the information as below:

time, all the installments were finished and
paid in 2009, so why now Bahria wants to
impose extra charges?

want to impose extra charges?
