As seen on Map (Phase 8 Proper) mostly plots 1 Kanals are single line plots along major roads, its means entry will be from back roads not on main roads like 100' , 120 ' etc.
It is observed that almost all phases have only three entry points, better from security point of view as DHA/residents will need only three checkposts/guards for one sector but again area will not give a look of posh locality as backside will be facing main roads & we never maintain backside, all effort & money is spent to maintain front side
Posh area of phase-8 is ONLY Ex-Park view area with two kanal, one kanal
10 marla plots and one of the most graceful entrance road with major utilities. After this air avenue is also nice but with only Kanal and 10 marla plot. These two area of DHA phase -8 are secure and have DHA security checkposts/guards.
DHA Phase-8 Proper have very bad outlook.
