Hi All,
What do you think after 5-6 months, the prices in Bahria Town remain same or further go down. This is very true that there aint much genuine buyers in the market. Only investors are playing together. For eg. Investor 1 buys cheap and sells other investor 2 at a high price, The investor 2 sells investor 3 at same or low, then investor 3 sells to genuine buyer (who gets trapped by oily tongue of dealers at pretty high). The crux is, at the end the price somewhat remains the same.
Lets debate on this. Diligent replied on Sunday, May 15, 2011 05:04 AM
In a country where people collect used syringes from garbage dumps and repackage them as new spreading diseases I cannot imagine that real estate business will be free of unethical practices. But this is information age. Who is stopping buyers from doing their homework. There are tons of information available on the internet and buyers are free to contact as many dealers as they want to check price. Buyers (and sellers) should be diligent as opposed to expedient so they don't end up blaming others for their mistake. |

Dear prices are slowly recoveing in most of areas. Gragually areas with possession and some construction will Continue gaining as usual, Do your home work and comperative analysis of prices before purchasing. I dont think prices are going to come back significantly. But with good homework there are always chances to get best bargain prices. |
