Would you please tell me the worth of these two plots in DHA-8 and which is a better buy and why ?

Plot # V 400 DHA-8

DHA8 T1252 Corner is worth Rs 60 to 61 lacs.
DHA8 V400 Corner is worth Rs 58 to 59 lacs have privacy issues. Only one house between you and 72 feet to 100 plus feet commercial building in front of you. If privacy thing is not an issue for you than V is closer to most needed facilities and may be better choice for making a house.
