I received today reallocation letter from DHA and had been alloted plot No 522 phase 7. Kindly advise its present value and future to keep for investment or should sell it. Appreciate your reply and services. Regards

Dear Sohaib, sb is this plot in Place of P408? if so then your location is almost same only number changed |

Habib bhai I am sure this plot is in place of P408. Plot 408 on 150 feet on MB of DHA6 is a commercial plot of DHA6. See this map and look at far right.

I have received dozens of calls where people have lost 5 to 12 lacs due to recent relocation of their plots from villages pockets and litigation areas. In past DHA was able to give you a good plot in relocation but it seems they dont have good plots left any more in DHA6 or DHA7.
If your plot is going to be relocated you should seek help of QAUDE AZAM or some high level military personal safarash asap.
