Thanks for replying regarding phase 5 ext/ phase 9.
I just want to clear some issue regarding the land with urs kind advice and also in the perspective of urs comment on another post. As DHA 5 ext have given some land to askari 11 and many people are worried about the land issue. As per urs comment "DHA must have enough land oR some other plans" still u r suggesting phase 5 ext. We r really confused. Need a satisfactory guidance.

Hassan bhai you asked me DHA5 ext is better or DHA9. I said DHA5 ext. I am not suggesting you to buy or not to buy it.
What DHA admin will do in future is not known to me. I dont have details about how much land DHA have in DHA5 ext. May they have spare land so they can keep giving it to Askari 11 . May be they plan to give DHA 5 ext plots in a better block of DHA9. I dont have these details about their plans so cant say what they have mind.
Few people in DHA5 ext paid rs 90 lacs plus for these files in 2005. For me it will be great in justice to give people plots in DHA9 but any thing is possible in Pakistan.
As per today's plans DHA5 ext is far better option than DHA9.

keep the example of phase 6 extension in mind
we paid lot of money thinking extension will be near phase 6 . most of overseass people had 6 ext files and where they end up
at y or z --worst plots in phase 7
