@ Student I think you are working on some encyclopedia of definitions , Suppose You have a house and Give it on rent but Tenant Occupies it and you have only papers in hand, is it realestate? Now think case is in the Court and you are sure you will win but still Final decision by Court is not made Is it still realesate? Realesate is not only the house you live in but lots others like files affidaivts MOU etc, Most of shops/Flats in big Plazas are by MOU Only it the agreement between initial developer and buyer still it is considered realesate. So all of this is realesate but each and every thing have its complcations and limitations. All type of realestae is not good for everyone |
