DHA Lahore allocation files rates.

DHA Lahore Parkview 10 marla is available at 13.25 lacs
DHA Lahore Parkview 1 kanal is available at 19.65 lacs
DHA Lahore 5 ext 1 kanal is available at 25 lacs
DHA Lahore 9-10 1 kanal is available at 15.40 lacs

I have not included DHA6 7 and 8 proper allocation files prices because I think you will lose lot of money as all good plots are already allotted in these phases. Chance to get a new good plot on an allocation file are not in your favor anymore. If you loose money I feel sad too.


DHA 6 7 and 8 dozens of plots are available for sale mostly on baina but buyers are hard to find. People are demanding higher prices but no buyers at those high price.

Currently a lot more seller than the buyers. For every one buyer there are 7 sellers today. Business have slowed to almost halt once again after past 2 3 very strong months.

I am always confused with this statement.
As there is map of DHA-Park view, then for which Block is this price?

Nomi bhai these are rates of allocation files & not plots. Map of plots will be available only after the ballot is held some time in future. When and where these plots are going to be located ? Only DHA and Allah know it.

Development charges are also not included in the prices above.

Many people pointed out this confusion often at this forum. CMY has work a lot for Real Estate sector in Lahore. But he never define what is Real Estate?

Does files, affidavit, allocations or any other name (without possession) can a Real Estate or immovable property

No it doesn't look so good for general public files in DHA9 to be balloted this year. Some new military allotted files in DHA9 are very likely to be balloted very soon.

@ Student I think you are working on some encyclopedia of definitions , Suppose You have a house and Give it on rent but Tenant Occupies it and you have only papers in hand, is it realestate? Now think case is in the Court and you are sure you will win but still Final decision by Court is not made Is it still realesate?
Realesate is not only the house you live in but lots others like files affidaivts MOU etc,
Most of shops/Flats in big Plazas are by MOU Only it the agreement between initial developer and buyer still it is considered realesate.
So all of this is realesate but each and every thing have its complcations and limitations.
All type of realestae is not good for everyone
