i want to buy a file of dha8 parkview 10 or one kanal for investment purpose.many people are saying it will go to across barki road behind paragone(i also confirmed this from dha office).if it goes there please tell me ur thinkings what will be the rate on 10 marla plot or one kanal plot there after ballot.(as i told i want to buy it for only investment purpose so after ballot i will sell it.please give the idea about rates after ballot.

There is no certainity what rates will be after ballot of Parkview Dha-Phase-8.How can someone predict the rates.
But anyway i think even if parkview dha8 goes across the barki road behind paragone it will not be negative effect on it.Because what so ever it will be the part of DHA.But i dont think it will be like magic that soon after ballot you will make profit out of it.Everything takes time. |
