Dear & respected CMY

Can you clear one confusion mentioned below :

In one plot Reply of 8/U/170 at Boundary Wall you evaluated price 42 Lac on cash and Installament plot 56.5 ~57 Lac

In 2nd one plot Reply of 8/U/116 along 132 KVA line you evaluated price 48 Lac on cash and Installment plot 57 Lac

IF we compare above and derived the price form 8/U/170 installment rate of 8/U/116 should be around 62.5~63 Lac

This is my observation may be I am wrong

Please just put some line to clear my confusion

price of the plot in phase 8 DHA

i have plot on istallment basis which is near U 170. please what is its value now. it is on boundary line, is there any chances in near future that this empty land which belongs to Punjab Govet will be taken over by DHA and this boundary line will be finished. i want to keep this plot for long term investemnt purposes. what u suggest? please comment

DHA8 U170 cn be sold at 1.5 to 2 lacs profit on paid amount. It may take many many more years for DHA to take land from Punjab Govt as things are not going smooth recently with Punjab Govt and the military.

Keep in mind a plot on cash in here will not sell over 42 lacs. You plot will cost 57 lacs to buyer. Since we are getting closer to almost half installments it is suggested that you sell this plot and buy a cash plot on same place and save almost a million Rs. Think with cool mind and sell the plot before its too late and installments charm is gone.

Dear CMY Sahib
Please advise the worth of the near plot number 516 Block U , Phase 8 1Kanal along 132 KVA Line .

This is good for making home or should I sale it what will be the right dicision at this time.

This plot entrance will be from Main 132 KVA Road or Back street
This is 2nd time question

I am thankful for your wait.

Plot is worth 48 lacs and entrance is most likely to be from 50 feet road side.

If on installments plot can be sold at 2 lacs profit on paid amount.

For investment its not a good plot but if you want to make a house you should be alright and can make a house here. Other than 132KVA there is not any other weakness in location.
