I want to discuss.I am near to buy a plot in Gulshan-e-lahore which is close to Wapda town,valancia,tariq garden.Its approach from main road (i like the most).I am geeting plot of 1 kanal in 40 lac .What is the price of 1 kanal plot there on good location facing park?
Kindly reply me as soon as possible as i am in phase of buying plot there.

Location wise Gulshan-e-lahore is ideal and also 1 kanal plot is in u budget.Price is reasonable.within 40 lac budget-1kanal is not a bad option. |

Moeez sahib, I am sure you have seen all aspects but in my Humble opinion this is not Locality worth one Kanal House. My simple comment is that if you spend 70 Lac on construction, that cant uplift all the street, the Locality Looks beautiful with your neighborhood.
Any way 40 lac is on higher end dont gauge it with per Marla Price of smaller Plots, Kanal plot price is slightly more than two 5 Merla plots. |
