Emaar pakistan advertised that some fully developed plots are available on 50% advance and balance in quartely five installments. The location is Canyon views, DHA phase II, Ext, Islamabd.

Can any one highlight is it a good investment for the next 3 years/ living and is how far from Abpara in Islamabd.

POS company ran out of Pakistan with property dealers commissions and people down payments. These people are fraud.

Location is ideal, very very expensive, no chances prices will escalate in nest 5 to 8 years. mostly foreign residents took plots and villas only stay when they come for vacation ......... monthly 8000/RS maintenance charges which exclude utilities.

If you have extra money or unwanted money than invest.

No didnt ran out of Pakistan and neither they are fraud....... i live in middle eat i know how realiable they are ..... they are fully 100% reliable.

Everyone knows what emaar is all about .... a recent news, Dubai Govt has to come forward to save the depositors money in emaar majority owned bank "" Dubai Bank"

Emaar is full of crooks and greedy big fishes....dont trust them

In Dubai they may be reliable but In Pakistan they didn't pay commission to their registered dealers. The own commission to all registered dealers for last 2 years. Clients have ZERO trust in their projects in Pakistan so they are not paying any installments. These guys disapeard for past two tough years. Now they are disparately trying to sell few dozen fully completed houses but no takers of these few houses due to their very bad reputation in Pakistan.

i got recently plots in Emaar , it is a good place & town planning is also good, its replica of Arabian Ranches Dubai as i already lived the same place so i know how they will fininsh it. And for the information, in DHa & Bharia , plot of 500 Sq. yards rate is from 4.5 to 6.5 Million PKR, no community concept, mixures of commercial hubs and in Urdu terms i can say they are planning is just like MOHALLAH type, but Emaar is good & i am satisfied with Emaar Alham-Dulliah
