L-690/8 is worth Rs 62 lacs. I cant find L-691/8 in m map

Thank u very much for your reply.I am sorry it may be 690/9 or 690/10. I purchased both plots from you only. Brother Adil Saeed knows also. My concern is a small Graveyard near these plots which is shown in revised Phase 6 map posted by you on site.I would appreciate your expert opinion on this subject, will it effect on business /investment point of view. When i purchased, neither i saw nor Mr. Adil mentioned about this graveyard. |

Farooq bhai this graveyard have no effect on your plots. Like Adil and you I was also not aware of this very small graveyard. If you remember there was a boundary wall around this small pocket. We never had chance to go into small boundary walled area and see this gravyard on ground. You and us made several visits to this site but never saw any graveyard there. BTW your plots are up 13 to 15 lacs in less than one year because we bought them at very good rates for you. If you have any concern we can sell them and move to other location in other blocsk. Recently I have seen few NEW houses under construction very close to your plots. that is also good news for this area plots.
For me location is perfect for making a new house for yourself.
