Hi, I just came across this site recently and found it useful. I am not in Pakistan at the moment but have plans to come back soon. I am actually looking for 1 kanal residential plots to buy in Phase 6. My budget is just upto 70-72 lac rupees. Can anyone suggest which blocks have still got some good location plots in Phase 6 at the moment. I also wanted to confirm if phase 6 is a good area to live after 3 4 years? Someone suggested me L block in phase 6, I am not sure about it. Can anyone suggest please which blocks should I be looking for. In DHA map, L block seems fine as its near to Golf course. Please also tell me about block K? Can someone give me price for plot L 198 and L 914 please.

Dear,
u should go for L194 ITS 67-70 L today.
Big advantage is is Beacon house school campus in front of L block more chances of gaining in future. |

Decide quickly...buy anywhere in Phase 6. All assesments and analysis will become modified with the passage of time...go for a low rate plot. |
