What is the status of development work in Block X in phasee 7. What is the future of a pocket in this block.

There are large size pockets and small village in this block. You are advised to sell this plot asap as buyers now want to see the plot before finalizing deals.

Some development work can be seen in upper part of DHA7 X block where there are no pockets.

Upper part of W has pockets. Upper middle of V block have huge village named Chak Deera. U has small village under it. T have small village in lower part. Q have some pocket near commercial area. P have pocket of un possessed land in lower part like in Park. R have small graveyard in middle. Y and Z are mostly cleared and leveled plots but pockets are not visible yet as it hard to reach deep inside them due to lot of development work there.

Your Plot is either laying on the Pocket or very Close to it, Chances of Later are more, There are 100% Chances that this small village which have about 75 House and some big Deras will not be relocated, Best Option for you is to suffer lesser loss and buy in some clear avearge location or good location plot.
I tell you my own experience
once I Bought a plot on bad Location just 2 lac Cheaper than avearge plot, in few years that difference became 12 lac, later I regretted why i saved 2 lac at that time.
