AA All,

Inshallah after Ramazan i am planning to construct my 1 Kanal plot in Izmir. I need the advices from respected readers about construction. Is anyone know about what is the process of Valancia/izmir society for map approval and charges. Should i also get approval from LDA or from society is enough. What are the LDA charges . i have to arrange the money . so therefore i want to get an estimate. How much money is needed for 1 Kanal Single Story house?

Dear approval from LDA take only transfer letter, id , possission letter and id copies and also 5 copies of submission plan and go to LDA one windiw cell they will charge Rs, 2/Sft and they will take almost 25 days to approval. for construction you can say 3000 sft covered area for single story cost near about 40 lac a class. if you need more info email me on homedesignconsultants@gmail,com thanks

i have also plot in IZMIR town in f block and i also think about construction start after 3 months when summer is gone....plz tell me all details about map approval and possesion i ask a relative which residence in izmir they tell me there is no much issue a good architect pass map from lda easily...urgent possesion is available by izmir society between max 15 to 30 mins.....
