Dear CMY,
I have 3 million of hard earned rupees and my desire is yet to have a kanal plot in DHA. I am not in hurry to build house and can wait 5 to 10 years easily and can hold the investment.
What would you recommend me DHA 7, DHA 5 ext or DHA 9 and why.
Help me please to make up mind.

Wasim sahib you may have to increase budget to 35 lacs. In that budget go for DH Lahore phase 7 ready plots in T or U blocks.
