i also lives in the uk.and visited pakistan last year, i visited several societies and decided to buy a house in eden gardens, i found this society one of the best approachable location of lahore. i did contact an estate agents and ask for the price of 4.6 marla house, the price he gave me was far from reach, then i read an advert in jang and contact direct with the landlord and bought same house at the rate of 3125000/-less than 275000/- of the agent price.after that i decided never ever believe on estate agents |
