Can you give me the assessment of Plot Near 1017 V Block Phase-8 Facing Park? Is it good to keep it or sale it? ( Its a Installment Plot)

V 1017 could get 3 to 4 lacs profit on booking. Non facing plots here cost just 42 lacs due to large graveyard nearby.
