LDA Avenue,

I need expert advice from all users of this fourm.

Is buying a plot in LDA Avenue safe?
Is it a good option for investment?
What areas in LDA Avenue are hazzle free to buy?
What blocks are under litigation.

You can buy with free mind in LDA avenue.People create remours abt Lda.
Only some areas are in Litigation while all other are safe for investment.
I will prefer you to buy in F,H,J blocks (In these blocks price is little bit high then other due to their location and approach).

Can you kindly share the prices of 10 marla & 1 kanal of F,H & J blocks?

When are you expecting the possession of these blocks?

Which block are still under legitation?

Dear,
10 marla plot are available form 12-20lak
1 kanal price 23-60lak depending on location,road,facing park etc
In D block,you can find low budget plot at good location.

Procession of F block is available.However other block (possession will be soon)
Dear try to find out in F,J,H blocks mostly they are out of litigation.try to find out away from village mostly those area where village is situation (is under litigation).Otherwise its perfect.

Lahore 123 what you think about AWT 1 it developed fraud free and Cheaper than LDA and located on the Flank of LDA 1 I mean have all location advantages as that of LDA 1. Same is true for Jubilee Town where also price are going same neither any Construction have started.

Well dear,
As for as Jubliee town is concerned,prices are almost equal to Lda Avenue 1.Differce is one,Jubliee town have also 5marla plots but LDA donnot have.
In LDA Avenue min plot size is 10 marla.
In Jubliee 5 marla plot available(Good for lower investers).

AWT is also fine,But there will be good charm in Bigger society (LDA AVENUE) than smaller one (awt).
I didnot mean to degrade awt.I just want to show u fact as u want my sugesstion and advise,so advise must be honest.

for long term investment lda is good minimum 10 years because its covered area is so big before 15 years peoples have less choice to purchase property...but know there is alot of societies alot of options available thats y i say a long term investment residencial purpose IZMIR town is good option. u build ur house today. lda avenue location wise good approach...there is no body denied but u say ur investment will be triple in 2 3 years its not posible minimum 5 -10 years required but its a gurentee nothing u lose inshahallah

we need a real honest expert of LDA 1, who knows the status of Most Blocks of LDA 1 , Honestly I myself Bought a 10 merla plot in LDA 1 in D Block and that turned out to be in Litigation area of Bagh, while buying I already has very bad experience of LDA office almost my 5 week annual leave was lost on same project.
Fortunately later I got all my money back with some 3% loss, And I Promised myself that I shall never look at LDA 1 again no matter how lucrative.

Lda Avenue is for those who want to construct house after 5 years.If you say location wise no doubt Air line scheme is good but you can see the low infrastructure of roads.Air line is now its peak price while Lda is at bottom price.So you can well imagine how well it will progress.inshallah

This plot is of worth 16.50 to 18 lac.Mostly dealer demand 18.50 and give you in 18 lac so try to get in 17 to 17.5lac.Any thing under 17.75 will be good for near 192j plot.
