LDA Avenue 1, K Block, staus,

Hi,
I will be thankfull if any body let me know the exact position of K Block, should any one go for purchase of ploct in this block or not.

You must be careful about the litgation areas.Try to go for F,J,K blocks.
F,J,H are better options.I always suggest these blocks.Because they are mostly clear blocks.

we need a real honest expert of LDA 1, who knows the status of Most Blocks of LDA 1 , Honestly I myself Bought a 10 merla plot in LDA 1 in D Block and that turned out to be in Litigation area of Bagh, while buying I already has very bad experience of LDA office almost my 5 week annual leave was lost on same project.
Fortunately later I got all my money back with some 3% loss, And I Promised myself that I shall never look at LDA 1 again no matter how lucrative.

Dear members,
If you want to buy a plot in Lda avenue consider the follow things so that there will be no chance of litigation.

1.Try to Find which block areas are under litigation (mostly near village),otherwise perfect.
2.You must try to find plots away from village.
3.Central place of society has no village specially near commerical of F block.
4.Try to find near commerical in F,H,J blocks,they are almost 95% clear.
5.If u property is still under litigation dont need to worry,If that matter will not solve Lda will give u land at some other place.
6.Its not private scheme,so dont be frustrate,You will get u money (in case of problem).

How one could find out ... plot he is trying to buy is under litigation or not... or it has some other issues ....

Can any member specially experts provdie a map in which they mention all areas which are under litigation?

Its not easy to find out whether a particular plot is under litigation or not, because:-

1. Sellers and dealers conceal the info for obvious reason of selling and personal interests.
2. LDA office has many at time confirmed a particular plot clear of any hiccups, yet at latter stage, the same happened to be in litigation or with some issue.
3.You have to be very much "IN" in the market to cross check since you can not take a plot as clear because someone(especially dealer/seller) says so.

You have to work yourself because there is no map which shows that particular land is in litigation.No one tell you. You have to follow these following steps to avoid any mis lead or mis conception.
