I have 4 Marla commercial plot in DHA Phase 6 MB area, its number is close to 300. Plot is facing residences. I am planning to construct a building to rent out. Can you please guide me how much will be approximate construction cost for building allowed by DHA bylaws, is there any rental market in that area, what kind of rent this kind of property can fetch, and how long construction will take.
I understand your office provides construction services, can your office also provide property management services for fixed fee in terms of renting, collecting monthly rent and maintaining property for brothers who live outside Pakistan.

There is approximately 6000 SQ foot covered area in 4 Marla plaza in DHA6. It will cost you about 1 crore to make a plaza with lift and generator etc in it. You should not start construction if you dont have 1 crore ready for the plaza.
I think construction on back at this stage may not be good idea. Many takers in front side but for back side DHA6 have to get populated well to get good rental value.

Thanks for your guidance. I have few more questions if you will be kind enough to answer:
Just to clarify, to my knowledge 4M plot size is about 900 sq ft and with basement plus four floors the total area should be close to 4,500 instead of 6,000.
Do we need a lift in small place of 900 sq ft, is it a standard feature in this kind of construction?
Lastly what will you consider good rental value for front MB facing plots and residential facing plots in phase 6? This last question is to understand the return on investment from rental property for comparison purpose.
