Dear Mr Lahore123 aoa,its really very happy thing to see you on this forum replying to the questions about Lda avenue one,where we did not have any one expert on this society and people got no satisfactory answers to their questions regarding Lda avenue one.
please tell me what is the situation in Block C,where i have the plot no 1123.
Lda avenue one people always tell us now they have won the case from high court but the other party has appealed again.
if they return us the money its worth will be one fourth of the deposited money 8 years ago.

Too much competition for LDA Avn for being surrounded by number of almost similar standard of housing schemes. Here, the only scheme with expeditious development will excel. LDA is the govt department and everybody knows the pace of work in public sector. Therefore, the LDA Avne might be good for the construction of personal house in future(approx 5 years) but may not be lucrative for investors due to very slow growth in prices. The lengthy litigation procedures by the courts may result in further delay in prices to increase. |
