Subject: DHA 9/10
Dear Friend,
I have an Allocation of Resident Plot (file) of DHA 9/10.
1-Would you please advice the difference in affidavit and allocation file?
2- Is my file Allocation?
3- When the balloting is expected for 9/10?
4- How do I know I fall in phase 9 or 10?

Please send the scan copy of you docs so I could tell you if its an allocation or not. Here are few hints to know if you hold an allocation file or an affidavit file. If there is a picture scan of you on the letter you got from DHA Lahore than you have an allocation file. If you have paid membership fee of 23000 or 37000 you now hold an allocation file.
No official date of ballot is available. No one in DHA want to give a clue when the ballot will be held. I am expecting DHA9 ballot within 2 years because last major ballot of DHA8 was held about one year ago. A major ballot is needed every 3 years to allot a benefit plot to Maj Col Brig and Gen rank officers.
DHA 9-10 was renamed to just DHA9. You will get plot in DHA9 only.
